Delete it in the app

Open FaceShapeID, go to Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm. Want a copy first? Tap Export my data before you delete.

What gets deleted

• Your scan summaries: face shape, confidence, shape scores, ratios, and dates.
• Every try-on image and its saved and flagged marks.
• Your style chat conversations.
• Your profile answers and daily routine check-ins.
• Feedback and reports you sent from the app.
• Your Apple or Google sign-in link. For Apple, we also revoke the app's access to your Apple ID.

Your scan photos, face landmarks, and measurements stay on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes them. Our server stores only the scan summary listed above, including three face ratios. A photo you pick for a try-on goes to our server to draw the result, and we don't store it.

What stays

• Daily usage counters for your app ID and IP address, for up to 48 hours. They stop anyone from resetting the free limits by deleting an account.
• Copies of feedback already emailed to our support inbox. Email us and we'll delete them.
• If Apple doesn't answer when you delete, the encrypted Apple token, with nothing else, for up to 30 days while we retry unlinking your Apple ID.
• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their own policies. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

No longer have the app?

• You signed in with Apple or Google: install FaceShapeID, sign in with the same account to reconnect your data, then tap Delete account in Profile.
• You bought Pro: email support@faceshapeid.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your App Store or Google Play order ID. We use it to find your app ID, delete your data, and confirm by email.
• You never signed in or bought Pro: nothing on our server links that data to you. We delete it automatically once the app hasn't reached our server for 12 months.
